We took next-generation scanning to the Davis-Besse nuclear power plant, capturing the turbine deck, cooling tower, and other facilities with PortalCam.
The scans process into an explorable 3D model — basically a 3D photo of the facility that you can step inside.
From there, it can be built out on web, VR, or AR — whatever fits — for training and visual simulation.
